"Arrived at 6, sat there just to be told at 630 that they could not help me because the two girls were leaving and she couldn't help me. She let told me to do it over the phone, I sat at a desk talking on the phone with another office. I was instructed over the phone to give her my documents and they would do it over the phone. Then three men walk in and she helps them without hesitation. Worst costumer service, I ended up leaving because they did not do one thing to help us."
