"I was finally able to get my meds it had been weeks. I was getting so frustrated you had no idea what I went through & the non sense I had to go through to be able to get my meds. Marlo she’s awesome, so nice & so caring to help me as much as she did & she didn’t need to but she did, she went out of her way to help me. If it wasn’t for her knowledge & expertise I don’t think I would have ever got my meds for God knows how long… In which I need them for school. I can tell that Marlo works really hard & I even noticed the staff asking her questions on how to do things because she just knows what to do. She’s a doll, she really is. She even fast ordered the meds within hours from another pharmacy for me AND THEY CAME!!(: From the bottom of my heart Thank You Marlo! Thank you thank you! "I am extremely disappointed with this pharmacy. Extremely rude pharmacy tech. Waited over 45 min for a proscription to be filled when I submitted it to be filled earlier that morning. Very rude will not be going back to this pharmacy. This pharmacy tech needs customer service training skills. So unlike froedtert. Rude!!!"

"I’m from New Berlin and pretty much all my doctors are at the Reserve. The location is great and has lots of parking. You have all the general and specialty physicians there. They also have all the labs that are needed. I have never had an unfriendly staff member here."
