"Any reviews you see of this place are completely fake. This is hands down THE worst company you could ever work with. I unfortunately ended up having to take medical leave from my job and was out for a few weeks. I had the unpleasant opportunity of working with said company. Good luck trying to get a hold of anyone competent enough to process your paperwork, absolutely no one knows how to pick a phone and call their clients with updates on your case. I was out of work for two months and almost lost my job because no one from tristar thought to call me about my paperwork. Want to know what was missing on said paperwork that was inhibiting from returning to work? The paperwork wasn’t dated. A simple “hey what’s the missing date on this form?” But apparently that would be too easy for the caseworkers of tristar. Also no matter how many times I ask to speak with someone in charge I just get sent to a random voicemail each time and they never call back. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!! They will risk your and your employees jobs."
