"I have been using Famers Insurance for the past 4 years. I never had a problem with Jose Lee, an agent at Farmers Insurance, Long Beach. One month ago, I had my workers comp business insurance cancelled due to a late payment. I attempted to have it reinstated and called Farmers. They said they would get back to me by the end of the week. I waited a week and half and no return call. I called them back and told them I was waiting for a quote from them. They said, oh yeah, we're working on that, we'll call you in 2 days. 3 days came and went, no call back. I called the ins office to tell them I would no longer be doing business with them. At that point I got a call back from the main agent, Jose Lee, who left an apology on my voicemail saying that they will get to me with a quote. They never called back after that. It's a poor reflection of the company as a whole. I hope they get their act together. There are a hundred other insurance companies out there. I'll take my business elsewhere. Good luck"
