"I bought a bottle of rose massage oil that had a defective cap and another oil that had gone off and become rancid before I was able to use it more than a couple times. However, as soon as I posted a complaint, someone from Uriel called me and apologized and offered to replace the bottles that I'd been unable to use. There was no fuss and the new products arrived quickly. Now I regret having given them such a poor review because they are obviously a company of integrity and the products themselves are high quality."

Even though I like the oil. I shall inform my Ayurvedic practitioner about this really bad service and lack of response. She prescribed this oil to me in the first place. You MUST IMPROVE. Change the bottle into a liquid proof one."
