About the Business
Froedtert Pharmacy - West Bend Health Center is a health institution located at 1700 West Paradise Drive in West Bend, Wisconsin, United States. This institution offers medication management services where clinically trained pharmacists review your medical record to ensure you receive the right medications at the right time, free of charge. Additionally, they provide home delivery service for many prescriptions at no extra cost.
A new feature allows patients to manage medications, prescriptions, and communicate with the pharmacy through the Froedtert & MCW app, replacing the Froedtert Rx app. Patients can schedule appointments, access lab results, manage prescriptions, and message providers through MyChart in the app. It is recommended to bring current insurance information to appointments or prescription pick-ups, and to check with your doctor if a referral form is needed.
Froedtert & the Medical College of Wisconsin health network is a partnership focused on patient care, innovation, medical research, and education. They operate eastern Wisconsin's only academic medical center and adult Level I Trauma Center at Froedtert Hospital in Milwaukee. The institution is engaged in numerous clinical trials and studies.

"It sure beats Walgreens, and I love being able to use MyChart for refills. But their hours and speed are baffling - I appreciate patient safety measures, but access matters too, and having the pharmacist personally, physically review every med with you, new or years old, just doesn't seem like a good workflow. ????"
"I stopped in this morning to see if I could receive a flu shot, as the website indicates this location accepts walk ins. When I got to the counter and asked if they were still doing walk in flu shots, the pharmacy tech VERY rudely responded, “um, right now?” As if I was inconveniencing them by asking. Then the pharmacist stepped in and also responded with a rude tone, “ya, I can’t do that for at least an hour probably more”. I can appreciate them being busy, but what I am not okay with is how I was treated by them. It would be one thing if they responded by explaining that they are very busy at the moment, but.. that unfortunately is not what happened. Also, maybe their website should indicate flu shots are by appointment only if they are unable to accommodate walk-ins. I just a bit shocked at how I was treated by them, and hope they know it’s not okay to treat patients that way. You never know what kind of day people are having, especially when working at a medical center."
"Typically friendly staff. Usually there is a wait in the drive through pick up line. Pharmacist takes lunch from 1 to 130pm we were told so don't come at that time. Which is awesome as this shows they care about there staff. This is usually the only place I go to get my meds. I do recommend going here."
"Every time I use this pharmacy there is ALWAYS a problem. U can't even pick up ur meds if the pharmacist is on break. Doesn't matter if u have been on the med for years. Why can't u pick up ur meds when it's convenient for you?? What are med techs for??"
"TLDR: This was my first and only visit because I was very rudely treated like a junkie for no reason because I bought one box of otc medication (which spoiler I actually needed!) great prices and availability...... but. I needed a box of bronkaid, they kindly ordered it and it was half the price of walgreens great right? well as I was walking away with my asthma medication I was accosted by one of the employees asking what business I had buying my OTC medication.. She sharply talked down to me as if I was some junkie out to do breaking bad stuff. Seriously lady I just want to be able to work out or, maybe, I don't know go up a few flights of stairs with out a dabilitating asthma attack. "we don't like giving this out because of the sideeffects' she professionally yelled accross the room as I walked out, sorry lady this stuff helps me breathe, and I'm so sorry to upset you with my condition."
