"We called for a medication on friday and they said they would have it by monday. On monday we called and they told us that the medicine we needed was not financially lucrative enough for them so they didn't bother to purchase it and didn't have the decency to contact us so we could find another pharmecy. Prescribed by our doctor, approved by insurance - not lucrative enough for their bottom line though."
