"I went in there looking for a vape and asked for a rechargeable one.i was told the one they sold me was but infact it was not.on top of that they sold me a defective one with a dead battery and a burnt taste which makes me think I was sold a device a returned defective one.before I bought it though I asked about another device but I misread the price because I forgot my glasses.that is why I asked for help but was insulted about my ability to read which his insulting attitude was the second time I was treated rudely.i got home and tried using my defective device so I returned less then fifteen minutes later to return or exchange my product but was insulted again and was refused my return.if one of my employees spoke to a customer theyde be fired.i thought the customer was always right but instead of taking care of I was told there not going to resolve my issue but was insulted again and asked to leave.did not get my money back or issued a exchange but was rudely insulted and they basically stole my money and was insulted by the owner of all people and sold a device I didn't want and was insulted about my reading ability.never in my life was I treated like that.i hope people read this and persuade anybody to go somewhere else."

"Excellent customer service. Employees very smart and super helpful and friendly. However , NOT A SINGLE ITEM has a physical price tag affixed to it in the store. Nothing. This simply means employees can and do choose how much you pay on the spot, usually based off your knowledge & your wallet ."
