Original review: The team here is negligent and unfair. 1. I requested a change of address about 7 times since Nov 2021, both over the phone and on their website, but in March 2022 they still haven't updated their system. 2. I cancelled my auto policy on 3/21/22 for the next day, and they processed it as a cancellation for 4/25/22. Avoid these unfair people."
