"This is not about this particular location but Chase Bank in general. In the last six months I have had to fraudulent ATM charges on my card. I never use the ATMs that I've been told I used but according to chase I authorized the charges because a PIN number was used (not that those can't be captured by thieves) and I was told it was also a chip transaction. When it comes to thievery where there's a will there's a way. Sothey kept my money. Chase has terrible security and as a result of this I will be changing to a new bank. One that cares about their customers. And has security features that doesn't allow this type of activity to occur and then to add insult to injury tell you you've done this when you didn't.I've never been more disgusted or disappointed with a financial institution than I am of Chase Bank and will never use them again and we'll tell anyone I know not to bank with them. Not only did a thief steal from me my bank has also stolen from me. I have been an excellent customer for over 2 years. I have not overdrafted my account one time. They don't care."

"In the few years I held a Chase account this location was always friendly, and the staff was very helpful whenever I needed it. I was able to find a parking spot quickly, and relatively close to the bank. Their service is fast, and I've never had an issue at this location. Not a huge fan of this Bank, but the people who work there are great."
