I got in when it was guaranteed for 6 months and they are sticking behind that guarantee. Very easy to contact them online and always get a quick response. Submitted my daughter as a joint owner on my savings account and found out she had made a mistake completing her online form. Notified Poppy Bank of this and they CALLED HER. Never had that happen before, it's usually a notice for you to call them. The bank is not only FDIC insured but is completely stable and currently the ONLY bank in the US with a savings interest of 5.5%"
