"It’s a bit disappointing when you come inside and only 1 teller is helping clients with 5 more in line waiting while 3 employees sitting at their desks … I’m sure they have work to do but letting clients wait for 15-20 min is just not very customer service oriented"

"I have been going here about 4 years, transfrering from local credit unions. This is the friendliest, bend over backwards customer service I have ever had in a bank. I am always welcomed by the staff with warm smiles and personal greetings, from the heart. When I call, they recognize my voice and take care of my problems. A get immediate calls back, waved fees when I ask, and the feeling that I am in a small town being served by friends. Wells Fargo has screwed up on the national scene with their bogus accounts issue, but no one messed with my accounts here, and I find that those I have worked with on my multiple business and personal accounts treat me like a VIP...AND MY ACCOUNTS ARNT VERY BIG! :)"
