"I walk by the Healdsburg BofA in the evenings and the irrigation is almost always pouring water over the sidewalk, down the gutter and into the drain. They waste lots and lots of water. I have taken photos because it happens all the time and is a big waste. By the way their bushes appear to be the type that don’t even need much water"

"This branch is the worst. They have a reader in the arm drive up. Used my card in it on Monday and Tuesday soMeone withdrew and wiped my entire account out. I have no money to pay rent or anything! Call the branch and asked to look at the cameras she told they see not responsible or could she help me !!’n. The atm is attached the branch. All If the tellers are rude unless you are j Hispanics I feel I am being discriminated by this branch. Every time I have a question. Or issue it is a problem with these tellers they cop an attitude and won’t help. They are lazy and will not help you at all ! When I get my money back I will be leaving this bank Neckar of the branch. This branch should have been closed not Windsor’s"

"This bank is terrible. I'm visiting from out of state and needed some cash. I used the atm and the machine kept my card for no reason. I called my bank to check for any problems. None. I then realized the bank was closed and has been all week. There is no way for me to retrieve my bank card. Come to find out it may just stay closed. Thanks for nothing B of A. I went to Wells Fargo and they were able to cash advance us , so we had money for our trip ho me. Side note. I canceled my card because you will not be open and now have to wait till I get home to get a new card, and all the issues I now have to go through changing all my bills and on line buying. Not a Merry Christmas for me. Ba humbug BofA"

"For all intents and purposes, this location is indefinitely closed. Hours on the door read 9-5 Monday-Friday, but now their online hours have been changed to show as closed Tuesday and Wednesday. I fully expect these hours to change again on Wednesday morning. Essentially just a big empty useless building with an ATM in the front, so if that's what you need I guess go for it. But if you need to talk to a banker, you won't find any here any more."
