It's disheartening to witness the school's lack of accountability in addressing these issues, with the program director, Kim, failing to take any action despite our voiced concerns. It's truly frustrating."

"Our family had the most wonderful experience with TTP. I am forever grateful for the love and support they showed our family. We were blessed to care for a precious foster child last year, and he was able to attend TTP. The entire staff was so welcoming, accommodating, and supportive. It is obvious that the staff is well trained in early childhood education and child development. I felt very comfortable leaving him in their care. He was very happy everyday and came home with meaningful activities and projects. I also appreciated how TTP incorporates healthy snacks, lots of outside time, and emphasizes whole child education and development. TTP is truly the best of the best!"

"I have repeatedly brought up concerns with Ms. Kim, the program director, regarding my daughter being physically harmed (for examples: hits, pull hairs) by another child “L”. She assured me she would investigate and provide follow-up, but after waiting for several weeks, it appears she has shown little regard for this issue. My daughter continues to come home upset, claiming that the teacher is not intervening to prevent these incidents; it is evident those teachers did not fulfill their responsibility to be a teacher at all. I wonder what the school's policy is on preventing harm among daycare children, or is there any favoritism at play due to the boy's relationship with certain staff member. I urge the school's owner to take action. I also intend to submit a report to the state preschool Licensing Care Board regarding these incidents. . . I do not recommend this school."

"Please exercise caution if you're considering enrolling your children in this school. The level of nepotism displayed here goes far beyond what I find acceptable. It appears that the children of the school staff who attend this institution are given significantly more privileges than the other regular students. In instances where conflicts arise among the students, the teachers' initial response is to raise their voices at the regular students. I've also observed situations where inadequate teachers simply observe children fighting without taking any action. Talked to the program director Kim for few times, she is ignored and not doing anything to improve. Is this the kind of child-caring system that this school is supposed to uphold? Unfortunately, this approach doesn't contribute positively to the growth and well-being of any child during their childhood. I have a strong feeling that the school may not be adhering to the child care standards expected in California. I sincerely hope that the school board is taking steps to address these concerns."
