"After a recent disappointing customer service experience, and a couple decades of my money, I’m looking for a new smoke shop to spend at… Bought a replacement glass bowl w handle for water pipe ($12). Got it home…during removal of price sticker, handle snapped w a sizeable piece of bowl, rendering it useless. Brought back thinking a relatively inexpensive item would be replaced, as it clearly was not used. But I was told “All glass sales are Final”, which makes sense for the larger, unique pieces. As a former business owner, I understand when you need to take a hard line w a customer who’s trying to take advantage & when to realize replacing a small, throw-in item is well-worth the cost to the business… Signed, Broken & Bongless Edit: They have since offered 50% off replacement, moving them from 1-star to 3. I appreciate their efforts."

"my favorite smoke shop by far that ive ever been to ! very welcoming, amazing staff, great vibes overall! there's a great selection for anything id need to get like cartridges disposable or not, bud, prerolls, edibles, glassware, grinders, Anything I've needed to find has been here at a very good price! they have delta 8 and HHC and other variations. lots of good deals if you make an account with the store and even the t shirts and bags and ash trays/various other items are really cool! this shop is amazing, just a little too dangerously tempting for me when i shouldn't be spending as much lol but even then, some very affordable options and good deals, and if you do want to spend more, Very gorgeous glassware that i think is from local artists :O super amazing, love this place!! there's also cool posters for local events usually on the front windows and a little basket of free stuff like stickers or candy, just literally the best vibes from this place, super stoked to have an awesome smokeshop nearby after moving here recently :>"

"I visited Pipe Dreams a handful of times and enjoyed their knowledgeable and friendly customer service. I was in three times this week because my o-pen no longer functioned properly and I was gladly given a replacement. On my second visit, I was concerned that the cartridge I bought was malfunctioning. The customer service representative recommended purchasing another battery. Despite purchasing another battery, it was apparent the cartridge was faulty. I had to pull so hard in order to get a hit that the oil began to dispense through the mouthpiece. On my third visit I brought in the cartridge and the customer service rep remembered me from the following day. I explained the issue and showed her the oil that was in the tip. Oil was leaking from the bottom and sticking to the heating element as I twisted the cartridge off the battery to show her the defect. The sales rep said she had never seen this before and I was welcome to pick another cartridge to purchase. I asked if it was feasible to receive any type of exchange, considering the amount of product that was left in the cartridge, and the visible leakage. I was told they don’t take returns and once the product has left the store they are no longer liable. I understand their policy and, honestly, I know they did try to help diagnose the issue. However, if I’ve come into the shop three times in one week for the same issue I would take into account that I do want to support this particular local business for a reason. It’s the little things that keep a loyal customer."
