"Big rooms with a half separation wall for the kids to sleep on the other side. Feel at home rooms with lots of fun activities to do within a walks distance which is all indoor walking. Great place to visit during kids school spring break. Will come back every year."
"We love coming here every year. We got 2 rooms this year and the heat was on but not blowing in one room so maintenance came to the room and I have to say I i felt horrible for the few comments he said. He said well it's on what are you trying to do cook on it. I was shocked at his attitude. Sadly we took off the front cover and got it blowing alot better. We called the front desk people and it was just swept under the rug they said here is our email you can put in a complaint. I look forward to coming every year but it doesn't make you feel good knowing personnel has no regard for what they say."
"They upgraded our room and it was in use. Got a new room at 6 pm 45 mins after check in. Then they called us at 11 pm asking if we are good with the room. Woke me up from a deep sleep. We left the hotel and went home shortly after."
"Alright this place has changed a lot. There's no need to drive to another building to check in. I remember when the check in was inside the main building please bring that back! It's very confusing driving around looking for check in and then for your building you stay in. The water park is cool. Indoor theme park should have more things to do. The stores are very overpriced. I get it it's the dells but still over priced. I love this place but we can do better."
"We are not yuppies. BEWARE rooms are not what you see on the website. There ok but old and run down. We couldn't get the c/c off the tv. We asked for help with no help. Wifi does not work and our cell phones did not work either. There indoor pool was ice cold. We were given another room. But it wasn't much better. We had reservations for 2 nights and left after 1 night. We went to the wilderness and had a great time. Will NEVER go back there"
