"I'd give minus stars if I could. This company incorrectly submitted a diagnosis code to my insurance who then generated a claim/bill based on inaccurate information. The Dr's report clearly said shoulder, but Advanced Medical billing input the code for a knee. What a great system! I left 3 voicemails for Andrew Montahano trying to get the code corrected that were never returned. Finally, after 4 calls someone named Mariah answered and said she was the supervisor. I asked to speak to Andrew because he was the point of contact for my insurance company and she refused to transfer me saying "I'm the one who handles these cases." while knowing zero about my case. So I had to explain again to yet another person what was going on. Then she "read the notes" — something she should have done in the first place. After she got up to speed with the situation and figured out the next step she proceed to try to scold me for being short with her when she refused to transfer me to my insurance company's point of contact in her company. If she's the supervisor, I feel sorry for the rest of the company and all of the customers that need to deal with her. Horrible customer service and a way too common trend of treating their customers like crap."
