"I have stopped in this store multiple times and have always been treated with respect. the individual who helped me took his time and was patient with all of my questions. He was very knowledgeable and explained things in a way I could apply the information to increase the quality of my vape experience. I will be returning for all of my vape needs in the future. There are other vape shops I have been to and some of these places are overly hipsterish and condescending. I appreciated the understanding and attentiveness to making sure that, I, the customer, was taken care of in entirety."

"Felt like I was annoyance to the guy working. Sorry for asking questions. Plus he came off as pretentious jerk simply because I didn't want the most expensive products. Don't need a 100 dollar battery so he treated me like I wasn't worth the time. Ask about juice flavors and possibly trying them and was informed in a rude tone that I'd have to pay to try them, I was ok with that, but he didn't want to help and made it sound like it would be super expensive to try them. Turns out its a couple cents per juice to try, he just didn't wanna waste his time on someone who wasn't gonna spend hundreds of dollars. Treated me like my flavor choices were beneath his almighty preferences. Shop any where but here, unless you like being treated like an annoyance and made to feel dumb."
