I will say I was a bit confused when I pulled up and had to circle around trying to find the entrance, but I eventually did. Pricing is still competitive even in 2023, with the AS-50's costing less than their online counterparts. Would highly recommend!"

"I string my tennis racket with them for past many years. For last two times I felt that they strung my racket too tight. I had given feedback to them, but they simply denied. I casually discussed the issue with the people whom I play tennis with. Few of them also confirmed that their racket also strung tight lately. In general they have very poor customer service, but never bother writing review. But, this time I felt that I should make aware other people about their poor customer and string services."

"I recently, 3/8/22, found this place and bought a Badminton Yonex racquet and also paid for new string for my daughter. After 1 month of play, the string broke. She is not a big hitter and had been playing in my other rackets for years without any string problem before this new one strung from this store. I brought it back requesting the store manager, Maggie and owner Ray to consider covering half of the cost to replace the string, not even requesting for full coverage. They refused and automatically blamed it on my daughter hitting it incorrectly and that I bought a thinner string while they had no idea or ever saw my daughter played or didn't even contemplate it could have been a string defect. I am a sensible customer however with customer services like this, I can't recommend this place. I am sad and disheartened by the attitude of the store manager and owner, although I think they maybe the same person, one disguised behind email. Avoid this place if you can!"
