Teeter Cues

"Billy is a dishonest person who will manipulate, fabricate, ultimately do whatever he can to extract as much as he can from you while doing the least that he can! He is absolutely the worst and most disappointing person I’ve met in cue fabrication!!! 1. He wrote up a 225.00 work order ( for nothing but a cue shaft) after a 125.00 quote then said he lost the work order!! ( fortunately I took a picture) I should have ran then!! 2. I supplied the material for the work and he stole that material and used some cheap piece of garbage he had in his shop instead! To make matters worse he then tried to pass it off as what I gave him!! I have pics to prove it 3. He said he would give me certain materials in this cue shaft and completely lied about that! I.e. an ivory ferrule,,,, which he up-charged me another 75.00 bucks for !! Then he put a piece of plastic on the shaft! I have the shaft to prove it !! When I called him on each of these matters he denied, accused, and ultimately showed his true character and began using racial deformation!!! I have the text to Prove it!!! Even with all of this, all I asked him to do was cut another shaft using the materials I supplied. And this was his answer; “You people are all alike We should have picked our own cotton” Unfortunately,, this is the truth about how many people feel even today about helping, selling products to, giving information to, using whatever skills they have toward the benefit of us with pigment and a history that involved picking cotton. I’m still hoping to find the exception There’s a lot more that I could say on a personal level that I've witnessed,,,, but I’ll keep this strictly about business"
