"Barbara used to do an amazing job but this year she made multiple mistakes she left off a dependent and when asked how i would like to receive the return she was told to send it to the bank account using the routing number on file but after about 3 weeks i noticed the tracker said state was sent via mail (our mailing address is not on file ) so we call and explain and she states each year the routing number is different and "she didn't want to call everyone to get the new routing numbers" ( routing #'s do not change unless a bank merges with another bank ) and just decided she would mail anyone's return she made this mistake on without asking them.. this is wrong she gets paid a lot of money for every person whom comes to her to file and I feel it is her job to reach out to everyone who's return was supposed to be sent via bank account and ask them for their routing number to ensure the refund gets to the right person the economy is bad enough and families can barely pay thier bills and will now have to wait even longer for their return all because she didn't want to correct a simple mistake she made. After some investigation into these issues it was found that our taxes where sent to H&R Blocks routing number by the employee who filed them so our return was sent to them because of this employees negligence...During the investigation into where the funds.where issued both employees at this H&R Block had difficulty communicating with each other and where both saying different things to me to get me to stop calling and ensured me there was no issue with the refund and that it would be in my bank account according to what they could see via the tracker not once did either employee ask to verify my routing # which would have resolved the issue before the money was issued to thier Bank account and not mine"
