"I was nervous that I would sound too demanding over the phone as I frantically called them to ask if they could quickly get me their most affordable size 6.5 cleat and have it ready for me as I rush in. Not only did they get me the most affordable shoe in 6.5 and 7, they had like 8 pairs all waiting for me, out of the boxes so I could quickly choose. They were very helpful and kind. These two men also enlightened me on the very interesting new choice of Nike to not offer women's cleats whatsoever. This was just fascinating and as an apparel designer myself, I was thoroughly impressed at how vast their knowledge on this was. Lastly! As I scrambled out the door, one of them yells "Good Luck!" because he could tell I was hurrying to go play soccer somewhere. "This store is TERRIBLE. I went in there today looking for a soccer jersey. Their selection is non existent. I walked in, no one greeted me or asked me if I needed help. I even said out loud, "I wonder if anyone is going to help me. No, oh okay. I'll just got elsewhere. I got absolutely no response. Don't bother with this place....."
