"Been going to this shop for awhile now with no problems. Bought a Vista mini vaporizer that wouldn't heat up so I brought it back thinking I would either get a refund or just get a new vape as I really liked the design of the one I got. When I showed up they said they said they didn't have the ability to give me a refund but they'd give me the equivalent credit of what I purchased. I asked if they could just let me know when they get another in but was told since they don't do returns, they have no way of giving me credit to use later and I'd have to get something that day. They had nothing else I wanted that I could afford with the credit so they upsold me on a different Pulsar vaporizer saying it was better. It isn't. Only one temp setting that's so hot it burns my throat to use. It's top heavy so it keeps falling over and I'm scared the glass is going to break. It doesn't come apart easily to clean. The complete opposite of the vape I originally purchased, but more expensive. To add insult to injury they texted me the next day to say that after some work they got the vape I originally purchased working. Great. I asked if I could exchange the vape back cuz the one I had was not going to get any use. They said they already sent it back to the manufacturer. Why even tell me that you got it working then? I told them about the temp issue but they insisted the one I have has variable temp and sent me an instruction manual for a different vape from the same manufacturer. Said to play around with it to get it working. So I took a picture of the actual manual that said it only has one temp and sent it to them. No response. $180 wasted."

Purchased a product that was dead on arrival, attempted to charge and do as much as possible to fix the issue before deciding to ask for a refund. Brought the vaporizer back and was told immediately that there was nothing that could be done about it, no attempts to swap for a functional product or refund were even made. Will never be coming back and will be looking for a new shop that treats it's customers better."
