"I'm being gracious with one star. If there was a lower rating, I would have picked that. In the beginning, I didn't mind the service but it got progressively worse. There were two instances, on different days, where the cab service forgot about me. They made me wait 2 hours before they called me saying that my cab was outside. I decided to let that go because I had previous good experiences. However, recently, the driver that took me tried to overcharge me. If I had not pointed it out, I would have been overcharged. I may be young, but I'm not stupid enough to get overcharged. The driver that tried to overcharge me also pressed on tip, and I couldn't go back to pay a flat rate, so I had to pay her tip even with the dreadful attitude she was giving me. I will not be taking this particular taxi service anymore, especially if I'm treated like an idiot. (FYI, whenever you call the taxi service, they tell you how much you're suppose to be charged. I pay before reaching my destination because I like to avoid these situations.)"

"Emergency pick up from school I was told 25 minutes 2 HOURS later, no phone call except from my child telling me no one had come, each time I called??!! I had to wait on hold for my turn, even when I said no I did not want to wait? I was still placed on hold!!! DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE, WHICH IS A FALLACY IN THE NAME FOR IT IS A DISSERVICE!!"
