"The worst Suttle service I have never seen. They are rude and abusive. I am a person who has a condition that doesn’t allow me carry any weight. I took took the service 10 days in advance and they ask me for my credit card number so they have all my information for charge the service. When I arrived to San Fco Airport I wait for them for 45 minutes tex message them and I was waiting in the shuttle station ( door 8)they said they will me pick me up in 10 minutes and never arrived and hung up on me when I call then. Later they said I have to walk to door 1 with my 3 suitcases !!!!! And I couldn’t be able to walk all that distance with 3 suitcases They never arrived but they charged $120 dollars on my credit car. I had to take another shuttle service. They charge for a service they never did it."
