"This is the worst taxi company ever. The night before a flight, I made an appointment on the website. The website told me I was good to go. Appointment time comes around. No taxi. I wait ten minutes. I call the company. No record of the appointment. They dispatch a cab, telling me it will be five to ten minutes. Twenty minutes later, no cab. I call. They tell me it will be two minutes. Forty minutes after my original appointment time, the cab arrives. Then, the driver (who has a gps, like every taxi driver in Northern California) asks me for turn by turn directions on how to get to the highway. Call someone else for your ride."
