"So I was on a business trip and my company had rented this place for me... Ive been here quite a few times in the past, and really enjoyed my stay and the staff... But recently I stayed there and forgot a item I had left there and called back if they found my personal belongings they said yes but for me to call back when the manager was there and for me to give my credit card info for them to be able send my stuff which was a small item... But make it short I called and must of spoke to the manager and he gave me an attitude about what I was looking for... Ill let u know sir that you should really work on your customer service skills and take anger management... I will let my company know to never make reservations there ever again... And for those who go there hopefully you won't have the same problem as I did...."
"We came to visit my son who was at the correctional facility and it was to look forward for us that after we got checked in we could go spend time in the hot tub and pool. To our disappointment the hot tub was infested with black bugs and we did not go near the pool just because it was so cold outside and we didn't want to be cold. We wanted to be able to relax in the hot tub and that was taken away to our disappointment. We are very upset and feel that we are doing a refund"
"I will do my best to write a fair yet brutally honest review. I was recently on a business trip with my team. We exhibited our art work at the Warren's Cranberry Festival over the weekend. We travel often, and this is the worst hotel we've ever stayed at. It was our first experience at here so we checked in prior to event set-up around 3pm. The young man who checked us in was polite and professional. We went up to the room but the cleaners were still cleaning it, so we left to complete our set-up. Upon returning to the hotel, the night clerk Tim was working and I requested the password for the internet, since I left the password in my room and my coworker was sound asleep. I didn't want to wake her. Tim began quoting the book about "rules" which was very confusing to me. He raised his voice and began shouting loudly. Tim alleged that two gentlemen were eating breakfast cereal which was against the rules. I had no prior knowledge of this alleged incidence because I was in my room moments beforehand. I assured him that I wasn't eating cereal and simply had a few tasks to finish on my computer before starting an early day in the morning. He continued to scream in a loud voice and shouted at me loudly. In addition, he hinted that he felt I wasn't a guest and refused my request (even though we checked in hours beforehand). He shouted at me asserting that I "had no rights" in because I was an "out-of-towner." His demeanor left me speechless. When asked for the password the second time, he told me that I needed to return to my room to retrieve it. Finally, I gave up and used my mobile hotspot to connect. The experience was humiliating. He continued to badger me for the remainder of the time in which I attempted to work at my computer in the lobby. In addition, he turned the television on loudly on at 11:30pm. His response to my request for the volume to be turned down was, "I can't hear it." After a long drive, and long day of travel and work, this was not only an unexpectedly inhospitable and unwelcoming environment β it was outright disturbing. I wish I could say more about the cleanliness of the room, and amenities, however, Tim ensured that we couldn't access the amenities and had virtually no rest. Very disappointing to say the least. The room, itself, also had a strong musty/smoky odor. We will not be returning next year. If you value peace and comfort, do not stay here."
"Been coming here since i was a kid and its went downhill. Washer n dryer broke, vending machine never works. Drywall above shower not finished. Hair in whirpool tub. Spider smushed on wall never cleaned off. Place is disgusting. Front desk clerk tried to charge me 2x. We come here every year and its been going down hill fast will be staying elsewhere. Sad this used to be a nice hotel."
"First off love the pool area, as it's spacious and clean with access to the patio where you can bring your own grill and enjoy the sun. The grass outside is green and well maintained to those who choose to take advantage of the pet friendly policy they offer. The complimentary breakfast has an automatic pancake maker my kids are obsessed with and other options as well. And the staff here are friendly and do try to be accommodating to their guests or so I feel. Plus they offer coffee 24/7β€"
