"I was worried with the poor reviews that it wouldn't be a good time. But they seem misguided. Every room is slightly different, but we got a large room with a mini stage in it! The music selection was great from all the hits, to kpop, to Disney! Mon - Wed they are open if you call ahead and make a reservation. If they served alcohol, it would push them over the top."

"15% Mandatory cleaning fee and minimum food/drink requirements are unbelievable. The place just opened back up after COVID shutdowns, and rooms felt dusty. Stained, dirty pillows on worn-out couches, as well as an ancient music system, not only difficult to navigate but also lacked new songs. The interior is cheap, and the price is insane. There are no paper towels or blow dryers in the men’s bathroom! Also, the milk tea that we’ve ordered tasted like plastic."

"This place is over priced specially when consider what you get. On top of the mandatory hour, you need to pay a 15% cleaning fee and buy $12 dollars worth of food/drink. The mic ran out of batteries while we were in the room and there was an annoying buzz from the speakers. The music selection was ok, but a lot of the older songs didn't have any singing, just beat. Also the bathroom didn't have anyway for you to dry your hands. Eeww"

"The place is a bright pink hello kitty room, you'd think you went into a cheap corner in the middle of red light district. They charge a lot more than what they say they will, 15% cleaning fee and 6 dollar food requirement. The microphone always runs out of sound in the middle of a song, there's no selection for English songs, and the music background sucks."
