"I do not recommend ordering food here. I did not get what I ordered but the only way to fix an issue was to leave the movie and miss part of it. So I decided to contact the theater after the fact. No one answers the phone. No response to email or reaching out on social media. On top of this, the seats were too low to see the bottom of the screen if you recline at all. I’m not sure if all rows had this problem but row F certainly did. Overall I would just skip it"
"I've been here twice. On both occasion they were out of concession items. On the second visit we never got two of our three in theatre orders. Wednesday recommend arriving early and ordering from the bar on the first floor. It's an inconvenience, but at least you'll get your food. Also, the concession prices are very expensive. Otherwise, if you don't order any food, the anesthetics and ambiance are nice."
"The actual theater and bar - the physical space - are fine, but the way this place is managed… yikes. We were nervous to try it given the reviews about service for food so we made sure to order our drinks at the bar and bring them in ourselves. We took a chance and ordered popcorn 20 min before the movie began and never received the order after 2.5 hours. We talked to two waitstaff during the movie and asked them for it and neither handled it. We then went to the bar after to request a refund and waited for almost 30 minutes and the bartender acted like I was being ridiculous for getting impatient because no one had handled it yet. “I called the manager, what else do you want me to do?!?”. I then was told they were busy and they can take my info on a refund form if I write my credit card number down. Ummm no. Wouldn’t do it with a competent operation, certainly not with these yokels. So we continued to wait. And there were a pile of refund forms on the desk completed so this is a common problem. I seriously don’t understand how such a basic operation can be handled so terribly. It’s almost impressive to mess something up this badly that isn’t that complicated. If you venture to come back to this customer service nightmare, just smuggle in all your food and drinks and buy your tickets online and you might be able to avoid every person associated with the place and preserve your experience."
"The theater itself is nice but it definitely could use a little more upkeep and way better management and customer service is little to none. Had to find someone to scan our tickets and then had to find someone to even place an order at the bar for concessions. The past few times I've visited customer service seems to continue to go down the drain workers are hardly present and I'm assuming management does not make that a priority. Today and the last times I've come here and ordered food and drinks I've literally had to call a few times and missed parts of the movie I paid for to do their job and check on the status of our order because it took over 45 minutes to receive which by that time what's the point... should've just ate and drank elsewhere which is now what I plan to do IF I EVER COME BACK since today they couldn't even deliver a large popcorn and drink in 55 minutes... checked in at 12:25pm and it's 1:25 over 55 minutes to deliver a bucket of popcorn and to pour a simple drink.. ridiculous .. our movie is almost over it's only 1 hr 30 minutes.. complete waste of my money (94 a non-enjoyable experience and not sure if the popcorn and drink will even make it to us before the movie ends. Please get better management and staff!!! Terrible!! DO BETTER!!!"
"Amazing experience! Seats are large and comfy recliners with PLENTY of leg space in the front. They have a cupbolder and eating tray that swings out. Arrive about 15 min early to order food from the attached restaurant/bar that brings food to your seat. You can ask them to bring food at the halfway point too. I had a flame grilled gourmet burger. They have the latest movies and also do classics. Tuesdays are $6!"
