She also stated that she would check with a driver and let know. About thirty minutes later she returned my call said he'd be there in about ten minutes. Sure enough ten minutes later there he was. Very professional and very courteous. EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL. ...."

"It's not a bad ride service!? They need new management or new ownership! I called for a cab and gave me a wait time for 1.5 hrs and called back to check up on my ride and they didn't remember my phone call or location! Dispatcher claimed they didn't tell her anything that they always do that to her! You guys need honest people not liars. After a new experience I gave this business the stars they deserve!"
