"Charging a $20 cover for a near empty lounge with barely anyone inside. Why is there a cover fee when we’re already paying for hookah inside the lounge? The hookah is mid, on top of their terrible attitude at the door. They are understaffed so it takes forever to place a. order, let alone get your hookah."
