For some stupid reason, they do not take packages for a return. The lady said" if the email has a qrc code we don't take them you need to take it to an actual ups store..... Really ....that makes ZERO sense. Even though, there's a ups sign on the window. Even though I've done this extract thing before. . Several times. . why the H would I drive through even more Friday evening traffic, to try and find a ups store to return a French press that was broken upon delivery . I hate ups soo much. I'll gladly NOT drive. And buy another press . I just threw away the box in the outside trash can."
