"The people who own this place are very kind and helpful but the inn itself was a horrible experience. Our room was relatively clean when we entered but there was garbage under the bed and behind the tables. The bathroom was mildewy and damp and the shower faucet was constantly pouring water while not on. The water was a strange orange tint. During the night our room was filled with cigarette smoke coming from the bathroom vent.... I'm assuming someone was smoking in another room. My husband has asthma so this was very un ideal! No breakfast as advertised. Garbage and tools piled in the lobby and hallways, as well as breakfast area. Wifi only in lobby. No phone connection in rooms. We were quickly given a refund by the kind owner which was much appreciated, with no hassle. Decent for a one night cheap stay, but pretty bad quality for a hotel."
"Customer service was great! The first room they had us in smelled strongly of stale cigarette smoke which my husband and I both have sensitivities to. When we went to the front desk, the man there was very kind and got us a new room. The room was overall pretty clean. The bathroom could use some updating and our towels smelled a little off. The bed was pretty comfortable and the AC worked fine. The ice machine was down but again the man at the front desk was really nice and he got us some ice."
