"I received a call on my work phone from this business asking if I had called them. I answered with my business' (insert fortune 500 company) name very kindly and said that I was sorry, that I hadn't called them, but wondered if my phone number had been possibly spammed. The person that called me was very rude, just adamant that "I" had called her. When I assured her that I had not called, she said "Whatever lady! Or you're just trying to sell me something!" and hung up. I'm not anywhere near Red Bluff, and I'm not even in sales! I did not know that the Red Bluff cab industry was so booming that a spam call from my number would inconvenience someone so much. A little customer service goes a long way...."
