"Reserved a room here for my birthday after a recommendation from a friend. When we showed up, the entrances were all gated up and the restaurant nearby said they usually open an hour later which would've been the end of our reservation. Called and left a VM, and someone texted me back like 2.5 hours after our reservation start time saying they had been open the whole time which was blatantly not true. That being said, they refunded me the whole cost immediately so I appreciated how responsive the customer service was in that regard (only not giving 1 star because of this). We ended up a few blocks down at Pandora. At least for a weeknight it wasn't that busy and we were able to get a room for 2 hours for about the price of 1 here."

"I came here for my birthday last weekend and it was so fun! We had the disco room and it was really cool. The best part was that we were able to do whatever songs we wanted on karaoke. I came in with about 5 of my friends and the room was a great size for us to hang out in. The staff was super cool and walked us through the process when we arrived. My friends are already planning a weekend for us to go back! Thanks for the great service!!"

"Dope bar! Me and my girls came here for some karaoke and the staff noticed we had some Warriors gear on and put us in a Warriors themed room which was nice. We went out to the bar and hit the dance floor for a bit and I noticed these really cool hammock chairs. The music was good too, we’ll definitely be back."

"Such a cool hidden gem in the city, reminds me of a speak easy you’d find in New York or something. There’s a whole bunch of themed karaoke rooms and they got a cool bar area and backyard with a huge projection screen . The bartenders were very friendly and the drinks were reasonably priced."
