"All bark no bite, Charleys Subs in Downey. But what do you expect for a wannabe Phillycheese Steak sandwich stall in the mall. I got a 6inch with everything on it, yet there was nothing at all. The pictures on their wall look nothing like it in real life. What you'll get is quarter the amount of meat and stale bread that will leave you unsatisfied in the end. It's too bad because the taste can be something, but I'm $10 bucks out and I didn't even have fries and a drink. I hate complaining, but I'm still hungry and now i have to go somewhere else for a real beef sandwich."

They also refused to give a to go box because I choose “dine in “ at a mall store front Charleys. They offered me a foil to cover the remainder of my food. I love Charleys and I’m starting to understand the lack of quality in Charleys at malls."
