"The Sterling team is the best in town. Excellent pharmacy service by phone and in person, and there's even a web portal you can sign up for that lets you transfer in and refill prescriptions. They'll even receive and hold Sterling Specialty compounded meds! Med sync works great, and the service overall is consistent and fast. All in all, best pharmacy I've ever been to. Never thought I'd rave about a pharmacy to friends."

"Went in for my first experience there today, no customer service and the worker was trying to lecture me on how my insurance doesnt cover three months. I asked how many milligrams the dose is for so I can message my doctor and she said one pill a day. I said milligrams, She disappeared and didn't communicate with me. then went back when phone system called me on the same day within 20 minutes. after running back home five minutes later. meds had to be refilled. If they would have told me it takes five minutes I would have waited. I told her I was in an hurry in a respectful way and whatever meds are covered at no cost I will take. She then ignored my input and kept trying to explain that one isn't covered. I just got my one med out of three and left. I'll go back to Hyvee pharmacy out of town."
