"Gave one star because it won't let you give zero. Worst run pharmacy waiting times are ridiculous. Don't come here you will have to wait for hours and may not get all your medications. Poorly run, pharmacist was on break for hours kept being told that they weren't back yet."

"I've literally had to go through withdraw because they won't get my medication ready when I put the order in 3 weeks ago. The same has happened to my daughter. They keep closing the drive thru so then me and my disabled children have to go wait in the store for over a half hour to get service. My kids have autoimmune disorders. You'd think a pharmacy would be understanding of that. If they're short staffed why can't they close the inside and do drive thru service only? At least then we can wait in our car instead of a hot store with nowhere to sit and the line goes throughout the store."

"I see why the ratings are the way they are. My doctor called in my medicine at 7:45am, I get off work and wait in line forever and at 7:30 PM they said they were still working on it. Completely unprofessional and seemed incompetent."

"An absolute nightmare to deal with. Professionalism is at a zero. Heard workers arguing amongst themselves, accusing each other of lying, and spent their time discussing their night time drinking plans at the casino. When I was three people back in line, one pharmacist shouted “oh so you don’t have insurance” loud enough for everyone in line to hear. Overall extremely unprofessional and questionable behavior from a seemingly serious profession…"

"A nightmare to deal with when there is a coverage gap between a brand name and a generic medication - I have had basic $25 medications rung up for $400 in the past, and had to play phone tag for hours with doctor, insurance, and walgreens, getting the billing code from the insurance company myself, and relaying the instructions to the pharmacist about which fields in the computer forms need to be filled out with these exact values, and how, in order to receive the correct pricing and approval. As a patient, those codes and administrative systems are a black box, and I have no way to know how they work or if they are being handled properly - all I can do is repeat what I'm told. Way too stressful, and absolutely not my responsibility. Very slow service in store. They will go through 4 or 5 cars at the drive through before one person at the counter, and the person attending the drive through will NOT come help at the counter when the person manning the counter is busy handling a phone call. Recently they've been unreliable on stock and supply chains, too. I've had to wait 2 weeks to get a particular medication filled every month this year, going through phases of withdrawal each time. Last month I wound up filling the prescription at the nearby Fairview because my withdrawal symptoms were interfering with my job and Fairview took less than 36 hours to fill it once I sent the request. Today I found out the prescription I requested last week still isn't in stock, and, with only 1 pill left, I've decided to proactively request it be filled at Fairview, since I don't want to go through withdrawal again. One of the regular pharmacists has been difficult to understand because of a thick accent. I don't know how, why, or when it happened, but getting medications at this Walgreens has become a regular source of stress and frustration. You should look elsewhere for more reliable supply chain logistics, better service, and more transparency. Getting the medicine you need and have been prescribed should not be like this. You shouldn't need to know the inner workings of the administrative systems, nor should you have to worry about whether or not the pharmacy will have your medicine ready before your last week or two of pills runs out. You shouldn't get slower service at the front of a line in store than you would waiting behind 4 cars in the drive through."
