Ecstatic Dance Sebastopol offers a unique and liberating dance experience in a sacred space located at 425 Morris Street in Sebastopol, California. Dance how you wish and feel the music in a free-flowing, bass-filled electronic music journey curated by talented DJs. The experience begins with slow stretching and gradually builds up to a rhythmic wave where you can dance freely and sweat it out. The session ends with a soothing sound bath and short meditation for a complete mind-body-spirit experience.

Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable clothes, bring a water bottle, and leave phones, verbal communication, and shoes off the dance floor.
