"For general appointments. No issues. Unfortunately had a horrible experience today that includes a lack of understanding and urgency from my Dr’s nurse and a ho hum attitude about my issue. Very condescending and obviously not paying much attention when you tell me to take 2 meds my chart clearly states I am allergic to. Moving on from this facility. What a disappointment."

"I love my doctor but the rest of the staff need some much needed improvements. They wait until the day of appointments to remember they forgot to schedule labs, screw up insurance and make you clear it up yourself, and take no accountability for their mistakes and put it off on you."

"Always a pain to get antidepressants, I have to make an appointment every time I want refills. Told by the Dr he would give me a year's supply but then months later said I couldn't get a refill until I made another appointment. I also had a sleep study (by a new lady, couldn't find anything wrong with me of course) that they billed my insurance and then didn't send me the bill for the copay until A YEAR AND A HALF LATER. Now apparently I owe $508 even with insurance. All I can say is they're better than M Health Fairview which isn't saying much."

"Nurse Rita, anesthesiologist Chris and surgeon Felix Blanco took excellent care of our 10 year old son Crosby. He had terrible abdominal pain. They took him in and monitored him overnight to ensure that he Indeed needed his appendix out. With the blizzard Dr. Was delayed but his team communicated this and got him on the phone with me. The bedside manor there is paramount. Offering snacks and drinks. Checking in to make sure we were consistently comfortable. Even Crosby mentioned it independently and thanked them earnestly. My family and I cannot thank this team enough for the excellent and swift care. The best part is we never wondered “why are we waiting so long?” A first for us at any facility. Do not hesitate to seek care here. You will be well cared for."
