"Constantly get the runaround. They need to be organized with receiving and sending faxes from outside pharmacies and doctors. It’s a monthly fight to get them to send blood tests results so my daughter can get her medicine. It’s gone down hill in the past 6-7 years. Looking for a new provider"

"I was pretty terrified of labor being that this was my first pregnancy. Then I needed to be induced due to high blood pressure and that made me even more nervous. But the staff in OB/Labor and Delivery were exceptional! They really made me feel so much more comfortable throughout the whole process. I felt genuinely cared for. Jenny, Angie, Kelli, and Qamar were the main ladies that took care of me and they were all wonderful. The other ladies that I saw occasionally were also great! Induction was a long process but was overall very positive for me and most of that was due to the awesome staff. CNM Kelly Schmidt has also been amazing throughout my pregnancy, labor and delivery, and postpartum. I appreciate that she follows evidence based practices and allows her patients to make decisions on their care. She is very personable and friendly. I plan to continue seeing Kelly for primary care/pediatric needs."

"This hospital and clinic is definitely about money and not helping others. I called for nursing advice about my child and they were not even willing to speak with me because he was not an “established patient.” They also charged us 3x what another local hospital did for the same service"

"St. Croix health has changed in the past 3 years, they used to actually care for the health and well being for the people. Now it's only about the money, they could care less about their patients health. If you owe them money they will gladly put you in a payment plan then kick you off the payment plan, and when you continue to make the payments they set up, they will call you and threaten to garnish your wages, even though you've been making the monthly payments. They won't even let you leave a message with any other doctor unless it's your primary doctor, so if you're primary doctor leaves the hospital, you have to make an appointment with another doctor and pay 500 dollars just to see if this is the doctor you want to trust with your health. St. Croix health has really become a fraud to its patients by putting money first and their patients health last."

"I’ve found them to be a good resource. I can schedule appointments easily and can get in quickly. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The pharmacy is also well stocked & there is never a line. Overall I’ve been impressed with the care in a small town!"
