"Very good service but sometimes when you need to refill your prescriptions they take a bit too long to get back to the doctors when requesting to refill them other than that they never disappoint & would recommend getting your medicine through here!"
"Friendly service and close to the North Metro. Very convenient location."
"They’re able to fill two compound prescriptions for my son, which we greatly appreciate. There’s been two times too many for miscommunications that have sent me spiraling, as these medications are a necessity in my autistic son’s day to day life, where I didn’t know if the prescriptions were going to be filled in a timely matter. Both of them were resolved rapidly & they apologized. The other inconvenience is that they don’t deliver the medication, where Fairview Compound does. The upside is the medication I use to have to call in WEEKLY, Goodrich works with the 90 day auto-refill. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a compound or is around the area of Goodrich."
"I have been going to Goodrich Pharmacy in Anoka for over 14 years! Up until the last few months I would have told everyone who asked that there is no better pharmacy in the area. Two of my prescriptions have to be renewed monthly. For two months they have asked the wrong Dr to refill one of them. I discussed this with the pharmacist and she said she would make a note in my file. This month when I asked them to be filled one of my Doctors was on vacation and the covering Doctor will not fill it because she could not see record of it being filled. (This was do to the the wrong Doctor being asked to fill it). My other prescription was filled this month by a Doctor I haven’t seen in two years. Her nurse called me and said that she could fill it this one time but then I would have to make an appointment. I told the Nurse I appreciate her filling it but I had asked the pharmacy to have my Gynecologist fill it, the Doctor who had prescribed it for me originally. I stopped by the pharmacy today to ask why this had happened. I requested to speak to someone away from the public. The pharmacist on duty acted as if this was an inconvenience. I am under the impression that my medication are private and confidential. So I am not sure why I would receive push back about my request to meet privately. We did finally go in to a room I told the pharmacist my issue and then proceeded to tell her that when I tried to explain the issue on the phone I was told I was not specific enough! I had given the gentleman my Rx Number, told him the name of my Doctors and the medicines I needed filled. I am not sure how much more specific I could be then that. The Pharmacist told me I already told you we made a mistake and that I am sorry . She said what more can I do! I said fix it. I can’t get one of my prescription filled and the wrong Doctor is now attached to my file for a prescription she never prescribed. She the said well maybe the Doctor that filled it was covering for the other Doctor. I said how is that possible since one Doctor is at Mercy Women’s Health and the other one works at Riverway Clinic. Other than the fact that they are both women and Both named Kim, they have nothing else in common. I am at such a loss. I did not want excuses I just wanted to know how it could happen and how someone was going to help me fix it! We all make mistakes. Take ownership, do not make excuses and just give a solution on how to get it fixed. I really fill that this is not to much to ask. ."
"This pharmacy has gone downhill in the last year. Although a couple of the pharmacists are awesome (e.g., Dawn), the owner apparently insists on hiring inexperienced people and this results in many mistakes, miscommunications, and repeat calls needing to be made. I have been a customer for 7 years and had forgiven all the errors to date. However, when a business consistently makes mistakes, it should compensate in the form of superior customer service. This customer service is what is most lacking lately. For instance, this last week I went to pick up my prescriptions on a snowy day, but the staff went home early (without signs/notice or even an appropriate answering machine message). It being just before holiday closures, I had to make time the next morning to drive there (deliveries tend to get screwed up, I have learned) and the staff person dropped my medicines in the backseat (a routine procedure due to pandemic). Got home and discovered they'd charged me $25 for a medication I didn't order and won't use. When I asked for a refund, the petulant owner (yes, the owner) told me it was somehow my fault and my problem and to take my business elsewhere (after 7 years of patience?!). Well, no problem with the latter. Buh-bye!"
