"Government office building. A bit dated. Perhaps 90s. But pleasant. Security desk to get to elevator. Pleasant and efficient guards. Lots of elevators including a freight car (padded blankets and covered floor). Entrance is in the alley in back. Parking structure for tenants, street parking for the rest of us (if you can find it). Good for ADA access. Great views from upper floors (few tall buildings around)."

"this is the place to go if you need to get your alcohol licensing or Housing and Community Development licenses and permits. It's pretty good building, but right now there's only one elevator in use and so it's a long wait. There's some pretty good restaurants on the floor level and you can see some of our state senate offices"
