"I used to work at Chet Holifield Federal Building as a janitor with Landmark Services and my work experience was TERRIBLE, here U wouldn't want to work in this harsh environment. While working with Landmark Services, we have job coaches who annoy the janitors all day long, the're so rude and unprofessional. We as janitors DON'T NEED job coaches. All the job coaches ever do is stand there, stare at you, and NOT help U while the job coach or coaches are on his or her phone. The Supervisor Araceli makes up her very own hidden polices that doesn't meet GSA standards and would falsify records on progress reports and disciplinary procedures. The job coaches would lie to the supervisor numerous times fabricating claims about what each workers didn't do and pointed the finger around and disciplining without having any solid evidence. Shame on the Landmark Management and I hold the management accountable. The following Management Associates are responsible for the hostile environment: Araceli Ortega, Kimberly Acosta, and Audie Uy."
