"I use the pharmacy here. They are a typical Essentia Pharmacy. But there is usually a line for the pharmacy, they are a bit slow, and they often don't have my (common) medication in stock. UPDATE 12/2021: Lowered rating to 3 stars due to consistently waiting 15 or more minutes to be helped. My last experience was picking up scripts (which were 100% ready to be picked up) and getting a flu shot (ONE person ahead of me). This process took close to an hour. I listened to the pharmacist chat with the guy ahead of me for close to 15 minutes when the shot takes less than 5.. I was out of the vaccine booth in 3 minutes tops. One good thing is it is directly on the main bus line so it's easy to get to and from here."

"Made an appointment with them on the 24th of May was told it was for the 1st of June. Found out that the lady was apparently blind because she scheduled me for the 5th of June. I record my calls and after listening to the recording she says "I can get you in next week Monday June 1st" well Monday is the 5th and not the next week but 2 weeks out. And I'm not listening to the day she says but the date. So now I have to take off work another time to see a doctor. Was told they could get me in tomorrow but not this afternoon. Coincidentally I start working tomorrow full time and was trying to get this done before then. And I will not being using any of Essentia's clinics for services any more. Completely unacceptable. You have to be blind or stupid to look at a calendar and think a 5 is a 1. Either way you should not be working in the medical field even at the front desk. Stuff like this is how babies get mixed up at hospitals at birth, people end up on the wrong medication or strength, and people get the wrong procedures done on them. Clerical errors are a major issue when it comes to the medical industry and I wouldn't trust this clinic after being unable to schedule a simple appointment to do anything more complex."
