"The spring and pond are very peaceful, surrounded by mature trees and an extensive array of California native plants, some of which have information panels so you can learn about them. It’s amazing to see the water coming out of the ground at the spring source. I visited during a native plant garden tour, so I’m not sure what the normal opening arrangements are."

"This place is accessible via a gate off Barrington (the first time I went, I was in the wrong University High School parking lot and we ended up wandering all over the school trying to find it!), and only on specific days-- usually one weekend a month. But don't let any of this deter you. This is such an important and overlooked site -- one of the only places where you can engage with Tongva culture being led by Tongva people."
