"Had an account here and went to reopen it after an experience with online banking... And one of the account managers told me that I was due money because of the incident were they created a bunch of false accounts. Apparently my information was used and I was given a phone number to call for settlement. I then asked if I could simply reopen my account and was told I can no longer bank at Wells Fargo. THEN I get home and call the number given to me by the banker and it was a dead line!!! No account, No settlement, No Stars. Very disappointing as WF was my first bank back in high school and had always done right by me."
