"We have had generally good experiences at this store (we use it a lot). There are a couple characters that are not the most jovial or outwardly pleasant to customers, but mostly the staff has been great with us. Easy Amazon return drop-offs. Reasonable rates for private mail box to get safe delivery in Eureka."

"I had no choice but to go to this particular ups store for the second time to drop off a package. The first experience was horrible (no greeting just 3 ladies on their personal cellphones staring at me) and this time it was a little bit improved. Staff is super awkward, quiet and not personable at all. Wasn’t greeted at all. For a company that prides itself on customer service, it was disappointing. I was merely dropping off a package that was already paid for and ready to go. The lady who “helped me” didn’t say hello, how are you, what can I help you with… I dread going to this store, because I know the service is just painfully unhelpful, quiet and awkward. It’s almost like you service yourself. If you like that sort of thing."

"My wife and I were returning a couple of Amazon packages at this UPS. This is store has plenty of parking available. The waiting time was short. The staff was friendly and did not hush us. The store was a little disorganized, but despite of that, the staff is so nice that I give 5 stars."
