"I sent in a request to have a picture printed and asked if be printed multiple times on the same sheet. I went to pickup my page and they tell me it's 7 something when I asked why I was told they were charging me $5 to duplicate the image. I told him no one informed me of that charge. The response I received was well you don't have to take them. So I left! So rude and crazy to charge a fee like that!"
