"I love coming down for my surgery and procedures. When I was diagnosed with cancer in 2014 there was no other place I'd rather be then in Duluth. I've always had great experiences."
"I have requested access to my medical records 5x in the past year. My request has been denied each time....I have a legal right to my medical records. Dr. Denver Ulland has been slandering me for 5 years now ever since I turned him in for prescribing narcotics to people who don't need them. My friend almost died due to his irresponsible reckless prescribing when she shouldn't have been prescribed narcotics being a documented alcoholic. Dr. Denver Ulland has changed my medical records by stating I have early onset dementia which I don't have. I have seen where he has claimed I have been tested for memory issues when I haven't. I don't have any memory issues. Go figure when you report a doctor for prescription narcotic abuse, he claims I have memory problems. Dr. Denver Ulland...Let it be known I will not allow you or anyone else to slander and claim false made up diagnosis. I AM REQUESTING FULL ACCESS TO MY MEDICAL RECORDS ST. LUKES. WHEN CAN I EXPECT ACCESS?????? I will post this on every social media platform until I get access. TO RESPONDER TO THESE MESSAGES, DON'T RESPOND WITH YOUR COMMENT OF....I'M SORRY TO HEAR......."
"Not very helpful. And a lack of communication and consideration on scheduling. My dad is scheduled to have a pacemaker put in on December 1st which is good. The process getting to that point has been nothing less then frustrating! I work and he can’t drive. Get a call Nov. 21st that surgery will be Dec 1st. No time set. Nov 24th call that said needs lab work on 27th. Get home from lab, call said to stop taking warfarin and have inr checked. Go back on 28th to check inr. Get home call says need to start lovinox. Back to get that. 3hr round trip each time. Now here it is, the night of the 29th and after several calls and we still don’t know what time to be their. Only two hours away for this."
"Had an emergency room visit Sunday night, got back to the ER within 15 min! Dr ordered a CT and found I needed emergency surgery! Fantastic staff from ER registration all the way to discharge nurse! Love this hospital and amazing experience!"
"I'd say to steer clear of the behavioral health unit with Cassie as the Nurse Manager. Closets have skeletons. As well as theft (I've personally experienced it- if you can bring little to no value valuables, I'd recommend it.) I have had my brand new 50 dollar sweater *with the drawstring in* shrunk a size and a half down with 0 care or thought. If you were not aware- people on that unit for psychiatric reasons have that removed for obvious reasons. Slight sadism it seems towards mentally ill people. What a show."
